No! While both services offer expert guidance and support, our budget wedding planning service is tailored to couples who want to take a hands-on approach to planning. You'll receive the tools, templates, and advice you need to handle much of the process yourself, with ongoing support calls. A full planning service, on the other hand, involves a complete hands-off experience, where we manage every detail from start to finish.
Is this service essentially the same as a full planning service, just cheaper?
For our budget service, you’ll receive 3 x scheduled calls and guidance via an email package and the templates. While we're not on-call 24/7, we’re here to provide the support you need on these scheduled calls and a package of email support.
Will you be available on call throughout the process?
No, we don’t offer standalone On-the-Day Coordination. Ensuring your wedding runs flawlessly is our top priority, and we believe that seamless execution starts long before the wedding day. That’s why we provide ongoing planning support leading up to your celebration.
Additionally, we only work with our trusted setup team, as we are confident in their ability to deliver to our high standards. Your On-the-Day Coordinator will be responsible for the faultless execution of your wedding, and by working with a team we know and trust, we can ensure every detail is handled to perfection.
Do you offer only On-the-Day Coordination, we don’t want any planning help or set up staff?
For our budget service, you’ll be much more involved in the planning process, using the templates and resources we provide to organize details like your timeline, budget, vendor coordination, design and table plans. This service is for couples who have the time and want to be actively involved in the planning process and are comfortable doing so.
How much involvement do we need to have in planning?
Our Atelier planning service is designed for couples who want to keep costs down but still have a beautiful, well-executed wedding. We can work with a variety of budgets, but our goal is to make the most of every euro. Your budget will depend on many aspects and guests numbers make a big different for budgets. We ALWAYS schedule a discovery call at which point we can dive into the detail to be able to recommend not only our basic planning package but also any additional services you might want, The Atelier service is great value but is not a cut and paste service, your wedding is unique.
What kind of budget should we have for our wedding with this service and why can’t you just tell me the price before our discovery call?
Yes! For the Atelier service, we provide you with a list of trusted vendors who fit within your budget and offer templates to help you approach them. For our full planning service, we personally handle all vendor recommendations, negotiations, and bookings to ensure everything is perfect.
Will you help with vendor recommendations?
You get access to a selection of templates, guides, and advice that allow you to take control of the planning after which you will be responsible for the full management.
